Linkam’s FTIR600 used in research into lead iodide perovskite light-emitting field-effect transistor

Linkam’s FTIR600 was used to show that the screening effects associated with ionic transport can be effectively eliminated by lowering the operating temperature of methylammonium lead iodide perovskite field-effect transistors.
